Nursing Balm starts with coconut oil insured with calendula, chamomile and marshmallow root. Herb oil is then blended with cocoa butter, mango bitter and a scant amount of beeswax. Best used when applied right after nursing. It is recommended to gently wipe nipple prior to nursing if balm has been applied withing 30 minutes.
